Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing budget formulation guidance and support; establishing networks and building partnerships, with academic department chairs, business support units, program analysts, and administrative support teams; 2) Exercising oversight of financial improvements initiatives, providing analysis, identifying programmatic issues pertaining to use of resources, funding/manpower allocation, and budget execution for assigned departments; improving the optimization of resources in execution of the mission; 3) Developing instructional methods by analyzing/evaluating work and proper techniques; presenting briefings and preparing reports for leadership review on the status, of progress, and the accomplishments of financial performance; 4) Evaluating and analyzing past results, conducting variance analysis, identifying trends and recommending revisions of accounting, managerial policies, and the procedures of systems.
