Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-10. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves managing budgets for the U.S. Marine Corps in Japan, including creating estimates, reviewing requests, tracking spending, and advising on efficient use of funds.
It's ideal for someone with experience in financial planning and analysis who can handle detailed budget work in a military setting.
Note that medical and dental care is very limited in the location, so it's best for those comfortable with overseas assignments.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Formulating budgets and estimates; reviewing and evaluating budget requests; AND controlling and reporting obligations and expenditures.
