Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
Experience managing financial accounts, maintaining account balances, or processing financial transactions (such as loan payments, accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc.).
Experience providing customer service in a financial setting, including responding to inquiries, resolving account issues, or assisting clients with financial transactions.
The Best Qualified Candidate
The best candidate for this position will have:
Experience in loan processing, loan servicing, or financial administration, preferably within a government or institutional setting.
Experience working with loan management systems and financial software.
Background in customer service or client relations in a financial setting.
Problem-solving skills for resolving borrower or department complaints.
Excellent communication skills to answer borrower inquiries and provide clear, professional support.
Risks found in the typical office setting, which is adequately lighted, heated and ventilated, e.g., safe use of office equipment, avoiding trips and falls, observing fire regulations, etc.Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to perform the work; however, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying light items; driving an automobile, etc.
