Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-10. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves managing budgets, handling financial systems, and advising on how to best use funds for Navy programs in Europe.
You'll prepare budget plans, track spending, and ensure everything follows rules and stays accurate.

You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst in the N02-F Comptroller of COMMANDER US NAVAL FORCES EUROPE.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience includes: 1) Implementing Financial Systems: Navy Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP), G-Invoicing including policy, procedures and guidelines.
2) Generating funding documents and reconciliation of financial transactions while validating for accuracy and completion.
3) Generating budget estimates for programs, advising on budget administration by evaluating budget requests and interpretating budget policy.
4) Developing spending plans, obligation phasing plan and tracking variances throughout budget execution cycle.
