Requirements


The accounting tasks you will be responsible for are:
  • Reviewing fiscal operations to ensure integrity, accuracy, and control of data;
  • Preparing and presenting financial reports utilizing MS Excel spreadsheets and pivot tables;
  • Ensuring financial compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and department rules, policies, standards and practices;
  • Reconciling financial allocations and reports;
  • Analyzing, summarizing, and reviewing data and interpreting results and making recommendations;
  • Researching and reviewing financial records, transactions, and documentation;
  • Coordinating with division program staff to complete assigned duties;
  • Manages accounting or budget activities and provides fiscal information.
