SUMMARY:
The CIP Financial Analysis supports the financial health and compliance of DWSD's multimillion-dollar Capital Improvement Program.
This role is responsible for forecasting, funding source validation, and financial reporting across a portfolio of infrastructure projects funded by bonds, l&E, grants, and SRF.
The analyst will serve as the primary point of accountability for CIP budgeting, funding alignment, and financial risk identification - assisting the department proactively manage capital finances, reduce audit exposure, and improve reporting accuracy.
