Job Summary

The Finance & Operations Coordinator provides leadership and oversight for the ACC Foundation’s financial, accounting, and operational functions.

This role manages all financial reporting, gift and donor record processes, and compliance activities while serving as a key advisor on gift acceptance policies, campaign counting, and data integrity.

The coordinator also supports donor stewardship, administrative operations, and collaboration across the Foundation, Fiscal Services, and internal/external partners.

This position plays an essential role in fundraising activities, donor relations, and ensuring seamless financial and operational alignment within the Foundation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Foundation accounting and financial operations, including gift and pledge entry, quarterly reporting, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and audit/IRS filing support.
  • Maintain accurate donor records and produce donor stewardship materials, including acknowledgments, impact reports, and advancement reporting.
  • Serve as liaison with College Fiscal Services, ensuring alignment of accounting records, donor data, and institutional financial systems.
  • Provide administrative and operational support, including travel/fiscal processing, donor communications, scheduling, and producing marketing/outreach materials.
  • Support fundraising and donor research activities, assisting with events, campaigns, and preliminary prospect research to expand the Foundation’s donor base.
