The Department of Human Services is seeking a high-energy individual with to join our management team at Warren State Hospital.
By guiding our maintenance staff, you will keep the hospital running smoothly so that we may continue providing care to some of Pennsylvania’s most vulnerable citizens.

In this position, you will direct and supervise the building maintenance and grounds maintenance program at Warren State Hospital.
You work will involve panning and participating in a strong building maintenance program by setting objectives, developing project plans, and conducting meetings with staff.
You will complete inspections of work, develop basic budget projections, and submit status reports.
Some of your duties will also include developing a preventative maintenance program by working closely with maintenance staff and planning for inhouse projects by laying out the work and staff required.
Additionally, you will serve as the Assistant Representative for the hospital on all Department of General Services (DGS) contracted projects and the Assistant Project Manager on non-DGS contracted projects as assigned.
