Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job is for a top leader at a state hospital that provides mental health care for adults, where you'll manage daily operations, budgets, staff, and contracts to keep everything running smoothly and safely.
You'll work closely with the hospital's CEO to make smart decisions that support quality patient care and meet all rules and standards.
It's ideal for someone with strong management experience in areas like finance or human resources who wants to lead a team in a meaningful public service role.

As the Facility Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative operations to ensure efficient use of financial, material, and staffing resources, advising the CEO on the most cost-effective decisions and budget planning.
Work involves leading contract development and vendor oversight, ensuring services are delivered effectively and meet regulatory standards.
You will have the opportunity to support HR processes, ensure compliance with policies and guidelines, as well as represent the hospital in the labor relations program.
We will rely on you to establish goals for administrative departments that align with our mission, maintain compliance with regulatory agencies, and participate in executive leadership and decision making.
