About the Position: This position performs executive level support duties and analyses under the general supervision of the Chief of Staff/Deputy Director, Defense Health Network-Atlantic.
The duties are designed to evaluate and analyze administrative programs to ensure the smooth daily operation of the Defense Health Network- Atlantic Front Office.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes serving as a consultant on executive and administrative matters; manages the operations; initiates, performs and executes directed tasks relative to the mission, programs, and projects.
Develops and prepares a wide range of narrative and statistical materials, letters, endorsements, messages, correspondence, reports, office policies, etc., in final form for supervisor's signature.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify.
