About McCaw Hall:
McCaw Hall is a world-class, 3,000 seat multi-theater performing arts center hosting over 500 events and over 450,000 patron visits annually.
Owned by the City of Seattle and operated by Seattle Center, McCaw Hall is managed in accordance with a unique Operating Agreement with its resident tenants, Pacific Northwest Ballet and Seattle Opera.
McCaw Hall’s Operating Agreement provides its resident tenants with on-going oversight and shared responsibility for the Hall’s annual budget and operations.
About this position:
McCaw Hall seeks a competent professional to provide oversight and event management for a variety of events.
This position will prepare event service orders, ensure client compliance with conditions of contract agreements as well as review and communicate event information to operational staff.
This position reports to the McCaw Hall General Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Theatre Arts, Business Administration, Facility Management or a related field and three years of increasingly responsible professional management experience, preferably in the theatre arts, live entertainment and/or corporate meeting business, (or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.)

The full pay range for this step-progression position is $47.39 – $55.19 per hour. New employees begin at Step 1 of the pay progression, which is $47.39 hourly. Current City employees’ starting rate of pay will be based on Personnel Rules regarding promotions.
