GS-05 Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector supporting equal employment opportunity functions for a unit or team such as: providing clerical support in an office-setting; maintaining documentation; assisting in fact-finding or research; and/or utilizing various office automation equipment and software systems to perform tasks.

GS-04 Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of general experience in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector; no specialized experience is required.

  • You will provide technical, office automation and clerical assistance in support of the Equal Employment Opportunity program provided to civilian personnel in various occupations and grade levels.
  • You will provide Personal Assistance Services (e.g., putting on/removing clothing, maneuvering, retrieving materials, assist with toileting, etc.) to employees with severe disabilities during employer-sponsored training, travel, and events.
  • You will maintain and organize documentation that supports the overall office function.
  • You will communicate with internal and external customers via email, phone call, and in-person interactions.
