This job involves leading and managing equal employment opportunity programs for Marine Corps installations, including handling discrimination complaints, developing diversity initiatives, and advising leaders on related policies.
It requires overseeing affirmative action efforts and ensuring compliance with federal regulations to promote fairness in the workplace.

You will serve as the Deputy Director, Equal Employment Opportunity (DDEEO) of MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP BUTLER.
You will manage an entire EEO program for all installations within the command of Marine Corps Installation Pacific (MCIPAC), which encompasses Affirmative Programs/Special Emphasis Programs, Complaints Management, and the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) program.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Executing and evaluating a civilian federal equal employment opportunity (EEO) program to include advising on the application of equal employment opportunity (EEO) program requirements and developing strategic initiatives and recommendations for senior leaders.
