Required Qualifications & Expectations
Public Relations and Communications: Establish and maintain professional relationships with federal, state, and local officials, as well as the general public and internal staff.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with a focus on public speaking.
Maintain meticulous records and draft clear, concise reports to present factual material and engineering ideas effectively.

Training: Current Professional Engineer (PE) license issued by the West Virginia State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers.
AND
Experience: Eight (8) years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience as a licensed Professional Engineer in a responsible capacity in charge of engineering projects.
Note: The experience must have been acquired after the bachelor’s degree but may have occurred before or after registration as a professional engineer.
