This job involves leading engineering projects focused on signals intelligence and electronic warfare systems for the Navy, managing everything from planning and budgeting to testing and stakeholder communication to ensure projects meet goals on time and within budget.

You will serve as an Engineer in the Operations Engineering Branch; Intelligence & Cyber Technology Division of NAVSURFWARCENACT DAM NECK VA.
You will serve as the Operational Domain with Information Neural Networks (ODINN) Project Manager.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-04 (GS-12/13 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional engineer coordinating or conducting design, development, test & evaluation, integration, or in-service engineering of warfare systems or C5I (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems and Intelligence) systems.
