Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-10. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves working as an electronics technician focused on combat systems for ships and submarines in the U.S.
Navy, where you'll troubleshoot problems, create technical plans, and train others to ensure equipment is ready for use.

You will serve as an ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN (COMBAT SYSTEMS) in the Engineering and Planning Department (C/200) of PSNS and IMF.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing technical engineering and planning services to include the production of technical work documents and availability certification planning and support for electronics systems and equipment onboard ships or submarines.
