Applicants who do not receive a minimum of two points on the screen-out element(s) will be found ineligible.

The Screen-out Element for this position is: the ability to do the work of the position without normal supervision performing common tasks including performing installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment in accordance with technical diagrams and applicable safety standards.

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. Major Duties:

• You will install, repair and test new and existing electrical lines, circuits, systems and breakers.
• You will troubleshoot problems for defective equipment and faulty wiring.
• You will use and maintain various types of hand and or power tools like screwdrivers, pliers, wire cutters, soldering irons.
• You will conduct test and perform visual inspections on Ordinance Grounding Systems.
• You will test and maintain gasoline and diesel generators for proper electrical output.
