This job involves installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems, circuits, and equipment in buildings and structures for the Naval Air Systems Command in Florida.
It's a hands-on role for skilled tradespeople who can work independently at a journeyman level, troubleshooting issues and ensuring safe operations.

Resume did not effectively convey the ability to do the work / the skills of the Job Elements identified within the announcement showing the ABILITY TO DO THE WORK OF An ELECTRICIAN, WG-2805-10 without more than normal supervision such as: Installing, repairing and maintaining various electrical systems, controls and equipment at a Tradesman/Tradesperson, i.e., Journeyman level experience in the electrician trade.
Interpreting and applying blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, technical manuals, National Electric Code, National Fire Codes, local codes, and to use trade formulas to calculate common properties.
Working knowledge of electrical trade tools and test equipment.
