Base salary range: $147,649 - $221,900

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This role involves acting as a trusted HR advisor to leaders in a state health services department, helping them handle employee performance issues, investigations, and workplace disputes to build a fair and supportive environment.
You'll provide guidance on policies, draft important documents, and represent HR in meetings or hearings.
It's a good fit for experienced HR professionals who enjoy solving complex people problems and working collaboratively in a hybrid setup.
