The Home and Community Living Administration (HCLA) within the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) is seeking a Program manager to join our team in Lacey, WA.
The Home Accessibility and Modification Program Manager provides statewide leadership and subject matter expertise for Washington’s new Home Accessibility and Modification benefit under the federally funded Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) initiative.
In this role you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing strategies to modernize and provide subject matter expertise for construction projects designed to adapt residential homes to assist people with mobility and other physical adaptation needs.. In this role you will help establish statewide policies, identifying barriers, and advancing innovative solutions for home accessibility, this position directly supports HCLA’s mission to promote safety, independence, and equitable access to home- and community-based services for Washington residents.Some of what you will do
