This job is for a nurse supervisor at a state hospital in Washington, where you'll lead a team of nurses, oversee patient care for people with behavioral health issues, and step in during emergencies to keep things calm and safe.
It's a night shift role that involves mentoring staff, giving medications, and working closely with doctors and other team members to help patients feel respected and supported.
A good fit would be an experienced registered nurse who enjoys leading others, stays calm under pressure, and cares deeply about mental health support.

The Nurse Supervisor that we are looking for will demonstrate compassionate patient care, a strong work ethic, and consistently display good judgment to provide supportive leadership on the ward they will supervise.
The key to your success will be your ability to communicate with clarity to the team you supervise and your interactions with staff.

ESH Nurse Supervisors serve in a role that provides services that empower people, instill hope, and support self-discovery and independence.
Shift: Frist week 2:30PM-11:00PM Sunday & Friday off. Second Week 2:30PM-11:00PM Monday & Saturday off.
Night shift includes a $1.50 per hour shift differential, $2.50 per hour shift premium and additional $4.00 per hour for hours worked Friday Midnight through Sunday Midnight.

A Registered Nurse with a valid Washington State RN license or the ability to obtain one by the start of employment and two years of professional nursing experience.
