DSHS BHHA Management Analyst 3 - Employment Navigator
Washington State Department of Social and Health Services' (DSHS) Behavioral Health and Habilitation Administration (BHHA) is seeking an Employment Navigator to join their team at Western State Hospital (WSH).
In this role, your primary objective is to support the DSHS Workforce Administrator in the pursuit of providing excellence in staffing and retention activities.
This position contributes to the implementation of a sustainable staffing, outreach, onboarding, and retention program to proactively meet the current and future staffing needs of local facilities.Facilities this position frequently supports:
As an Employment Navigator, you will be actively involved in full life-cycle staffing.
From reviewing applicants, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, job offers, completing personnel actions, onboarding new employees, to conducting stay interviews and retaining employees.
You will also develop and maintain our staffing/hiring vacancy database, analyze information, report out hiring trends and retention projections.
Note: Pierce County employees are eligible to receive an Orca Card for transportation needs. Opportunities performed on-site at this work location at least three days a week may be eligible for an additional 5% premium pay in addition to the advertised salary.
