Full Job Description

You will serve as a DIVISION HEAD CRANE & RIGGING OPERATIONS in the Crane and Rigging Operations Division (Code 220), Lifting and Handling (L&H) Department (Code 200) of TRIREFFAC KINGS BAY.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience of trade operations to develop performance standards, short term, long term and continuing plans for Crane and Rigging Operations.

Experience defining, planning, preparing, guiding and executing performance of the Crane and Rigging Operations Division in support of refit level maintenance and related activities.

Experience with submarine systems/equipment and weight handling systems/equipment, to direct the repair, overhaul, and test of systems/components.

Experience with managerial abilities in the areas of organization, direction, and coordination of activities concerned with scheduling and performing industrial/facility functions, cost control, quality assurance, workload smoothing techniques, productivity 7 improvement, training programs for personnel and labor/management relations techniques, occupational safety and health, as related to the methods and procedures associated with Crane and Rigging Operations.
