Base salary range: $26,979 - $35,074

This role involves helping to oversee the day-to-day administrative needs of an EEOC district office covering multiple states, including planning for staff, budgets, and resources to keep operations running smoothly.
You'll support senior leaders with problem-solving, policy development, and team supervision in areas like human resources and equipment management.

As a District Resources Manager (DRM) at the GS-0301-13, you will be part of the Office of Field Programs, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
If selected, you will be responsible for assisting in managing the administrative resources and requirements of the district and its subsidiary offices.
You will assist management in select long range management planning, human capital planning, and resource analysis activities.
For the GS-13: You must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service.
Specialized experience includes managing, supervising, and/or administering administrative functions in at least two of the following areas: budget, human capital, information technology, or project planning.
Merit promotion applicants must meet time-in-grade requirement as defined in 5 CFR 300, Subpart F. One year at the GS-12 level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-13 level.
Applicants must meet all eligibility requirements (e.g., time-in-grade and qualification requirements) within 30 days of the closing date specified in the vacancy announcement.
