Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves managing and maintaining facilities that distribute petroleum, oil, and lubricants to support naval operations on Guam, including planning projects, ensuring equipment readiness, and staying updated on industry advancements.
A good fit would be someone with experience in logistics or facilities management in the military or energy sector, who enjoys problem-solving and collaborating on large-scale projects.
It requires strong decision-making skills and knowledge of regulations to keep operations running smoothly for the Department of Defense.
You will serve as a DISTRIBUTION FACILITIES SPECIALIST in the Commander Navy Installation Command (CNIC) of US NAVAL BASE GUAM.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) making decisions, recommendations, and proposing solutions to ensure Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricant (POL) distribution facilities and equipment are available to support and sustain the military operating forces.
2) developing solutions, criteria, procedures, and/or instructions for assessing current facility conditions and program effectiveness to ensure projects come to completion.
3) researching latest technological changes and advances in the petroleum field.
