To qualify for a Director, Industrial Analysis Group , your resume and supporting documentation must support: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in, or related to, this position.
To qualify for the NH-04 level, specialized experience must be at the NH-03 or GS-13 grade level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector.
Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement.
Creditable specialized experience includes: Developing and implementing processes to evaluate industry capabilities to design, develop, produce and support weapons systems and components required to supply and equip the existing and planned force structure of the Armed Forces.
Providing acquisition decision makers with essential industrial/contractor information in order to develop/implement optimum acquisition strategies and support other decisions for equipping war fighters with maximum combat capabilities, in minimal time and costs.
Evaluating and analyzing the capability of the manufacturing industrial base and the technologies associated with this base to support current and projected weapon systems programs under varying requirement scenarios.
