Provide direct care attention to residents and serve as a role model in order to assist residents with their development of skills necessary to transition successfully and function more independently.
Observe and record resident behaviors. Document resident attendance and behaviors in accordance with program requirements.
Service will be in compliance with SCOMH, DHHS, DHEC, QA and Corporate Compliance Standards.
