This position serves as the Deputy Administrator for Technology within the Treasury Common Services Center (TCSC) and reports directly to the Administrator, TCSC.
The incumbent functions as the principal executive responsible for the strategic planning, integration, governance, and operational management of enterprise information technology (IT) systems and services supporting Department of the Treasury-wide operations under TCSC.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (TQs): Your resume should demonstrate accomplishments that would satisfy the technical qualifications.
TQ1 - Demonstrated executive level success in managing enterprise- wide information technology (IT) systems for a complex organization, to include knowledge of federal regulations, policies, tools, and processes associated with IT applications, to ensure effective and dynamic application service delivery.
TQ2 - Demonstrated experience in re-engineering business processes and resolving difficult problems encountered in the planning, development, and operation security of complex IT systems.
TQ3 - Demonstrated knowledge of leading technical trends in IT and experience promoting IT system solutions to lead organizational changes throughout the enterprise to leverage state-of-the-art advances in information technology.
EXECUTIVE CORE QUALIFICATIONS (ECQs): In addition to the Technical Qualification Requirements listed above, all new entrants into the Senior Executive Service (SES) under a career appointment will be assessed for executive competency against the following five mandatory ECQs.

Serves as the senior executive responsible for the strategic leadership, governance, and operational management of enterprise-wide information technology (IT) services supporting Treasury Common Services Center (TCSC) operations.
Directs day-to-day IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and service delivery functions, ensuring the security, continuity, modernization, and performance of mission-critical systems in alignment with Treasury and Departmental CIO policy and strategy.
Leads enterprise IT governance and ensures compliance with federal statutes and mandates, including FITARA, FISMA, and OMB Circular A-130.
Oversees the full life-cycle management of enterprise application and infrastructure services, including sourcing, development, implementation, performance management, and cost optimization.
Establishes measurable cost and performance standards aligned with Treasury enterprise reporting requirements.
Provides executive oversight of a diverse IT workforce, driving organizational effectiveness, workforce development, succession planning, and innovation.
Champions digital transformation initiatives leveraging cloud computing, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and emerging technologies to enhance enterprise service delivery.
Represents TCSC in interagency and industry forums and advises senior leadership on IT investment planning, cybersecurity risk management, and continuity of operations to ensure secure, resilient, and mission-focused technology services.
