Degree: Mathematics, statistics, computer science, data science or field directly related to the position.
The degree must be in a major field of study (at least at the baccalaureate level) that is appropriate for the position. Or courses equivalent to a major field of study (30 semester hours) AND B.
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position.
To qualify at the GS-15 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector.
Creditable specialized experience includes: - Implements AI guidance ensuring responsible AI for AI acquisition, development, and deployment within organizations.
- Identifies methods, processes, algorithms, tools, and systems to extract and interpret varied structured and unstructured data sets findings related to the execution of data science and artificial intelligence program in developing and implementing responsible AI ethics reporting methods.
- Provides implementation program oversight, advice, and recommendations in designing the implementation of responsible AI adoption strategy. C.
Education: Applicants may not qualify for this position based on education in lieu of specialized experience.
