Base salary range: $147,649 - $221,900

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves reviewing and handling public requests for government data, ensuring compliance with state laws by checking information, redacting sensitive parts, and communicating with people who ask for the data.
It also includes updating processes and training based on feedback to make things run smoother.
A good fit would be someone detail-oriented with administrative experience who enjoys working with legal rules and helping the public.
The Compliance department is looking for a Data Reviewer to join their team.
This position focuses on performing initial reviews on data potentially responsive to Minnesota Government Data Practices Act requests.
The review process can include communicating and collecting responsive data from departments across the county, reviewing data pulled in response to a request, and applying redaction to data in compliance with various state statues.
This position also communicates with requesters, tests and implements process changes based on customer interactions and feedback, and analyzes and interprets legal statutes.

Location and hours:This position is hybrid and will be performed both on-site at the 625 Building located at 625 4th Ave South, Minneapolis, MN 55415, and remote as job duties require.
Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. While this position is designated as hybrid, based on current requirements hires must reside in or relocate to Minnesota or Wisconsin.
New Employee Orientation (NEO) for all new benefit-earning employees is in-person in downtown Minneapolis. Details about NEO will be provided upon hire.
