This job is for a dance instructor working with children and youth in a military base program at Fort Bliss, Texas, where you'll teach individual or group dance lessons, create lesson plans, track progress, and ensure safety while also organizing events to involve parents.
It's ideal for someone passionate about dance and working with kids, with basic education and physical fitness to handle active indoor and outdoor activities.
No advanced degrees are required, but experience or training in dance teaching is a big plus.
This position is located at Child and Youth Services SKIES Unlimited, Fort Bliss, TX.
Child and Youth Services (CYS) Employee Childcare Fee: *CYS Regular and FLEX employees (working a minimum of 15 hours) First Child: 100% childcare fee discount (all CYS employees) Second and Subsequent Child: 25% childcare fee discount (all CYS employees) Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.

A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. Possess a high school diploma or GED certificate. 2. Be able to communicate in English (both written and verbal). 3.
Be 18 years of age at the time of appointment. 4. Possess and maintain the physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs, walk, bend, stoop and stand on a routine basis.
Duties may involve working both indoors and outdoors. 5. Possess and maintain health and freedom from communicable disease. 6. Demonstrated skill/evidence of competence in Dance.
Preferred are those candidates who possess a Professional Certificates/Credentials; or Associates Degree or higher with 15 semester hours of college credit in the area of instruction. Major Duties:
