Summary
This job is for a custodial worker at a fitness center on a U.S. Army base in Kentucky, where you'll clean and maintain various areas like rooms, bathrooms, and hallways using tools and equipment.

Key Requirements

- Ability to move heavy furniture, make beds, change linen, and handle physical tasks safely
- Skills in cleaning, disinfecting, and deodorizing toilet facilities, including washing walls, windows, blinds, and ceiling fixtures using ladders, scaffolds, and safety belts
- Basic knowledge of common cleaning solvents, tools, equipment, and special sanitizing solutions to remove stains from various surfaces
- Ability to follow instructions, read signs, communicate orally and in writing, and maintain stock of cleaning supplies
- Keep assigned work areas neat and clean, empty trash, and perform other assigned duties
Full Job Description
This position is located at MWR Community Recreation Division - Physical Fitness Centers - Fort Campbell, KY. This position is eligible for the NAF benefits package and leave accrual.

Qualification Requirements are: Must have knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the duties listed above to include: Maintaining the tools and equipment of the trade Keeping assigned work area neat & clean Communicating both orally and in writing Applicants meeting the following will be considered Highly Preferred: Possess the ability to follow instructions and read signs.
Possess Basic knowledge and experience of common cleaning solvents, cleaning tools, and equipment.
Possess Knowledge and experience properly using a variety of special cleaning and sanitizing solutions and the ability to remove different kinds of stains from a wide variety of surfaces.
