Performs all classes of painting work such as painting the interior and exterior of buildings, fish screens and other related equipment connected with fish passage and protective equipment, storage reservoirs and water conveyance systems.
Performs masonry construction and repair work using brick, stone, tile, plastering, stucco and plain or reinforced concrete.
Uses oxyacetylene, arc, arc-air, TIG and MIG equipment when welding, cutting or soldering. Strikes and finishes concrete to grade using templates, floats, trowels, edger's, jointer's, etc.
Operates mobile power equipment such as graders, cranes, bulldozers, backhoes, track-hoes, dump trucks, hydraulic truck mounted cranes, heavy and light duty trucks, truck and trailer combinations and other related equipment and machinery.
