This job involves leading a team of caseworkers in child welfare services for Jefferson County, Pennsylvania, where you'll supervise investigations into child abuse and neglect, coordinate support for families, and ensure children's safety through direct involvement and collaboration with partners like schools and mental health providers.
It's a full-time, in-office role perfect for someone passionate about protecting vulnerable children and strengthening families, with a background in social services.
Ideal candidates are experienced social workers who enjoy leadership and hands-on community work.

Casework is comprised of two distinct roles: Investigating allegations of abuse and neglect and ongoing support for children and families.

Casework requires face to face contact with children and families. Each year of employment will be credited to Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
