This job involves providing everyday administrative help to social services staff in Anderson County, with a big focus on managing a group of state vehicles by tracking maintenance, assigning them to workers, and keeping them clean.
It also includes tasks like handling mail, signing checks, making bank deposits, and stepping in for phone switchboard duties when needed.

Job Duties:
Maintains fleet of state vehicles.
Track maintenance requirements ensuring maintenance is done timely; ensure monthly mileage requirements are met on each vehicle; assign vehicles to workers per daily requests via e-mail; log monthly mileage in computer database; monitor cleanliness of vehicles and ensure vehicles are washed monthly.
