PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Continual standing, walking, stooping, bending, reaching, lifting, pushing and pulling is required.

Major Duties:
Prepares, cooks, seasons, and portions food for all meals following standardized recipes.
Plans, regulates, and schedules cooking procedures so that completed food products are ready at the appropriate temperature and time. Plan, prepares and coordinates entire meals.
Stores food correctly; covering, labeling, and dating.
Maintains a high standard of food safety and sanitation, by complying with food safety guidelines and continually cleaning and sanitizing as they work.
