Perform a full range of cooking and food preparation assignments. Prepare and serve meals for up to 250 people, special meetings, dinner programs, and special events, deliver coffee, water and snack service to meeting areas. Work with lower-level kitchen helpers during shift. Ensure customer satisfaction is met with quality and quantity of meal service and presentation. This position works days, nights, weekends and holidays.
