Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737

This job involves overseeing contracts for services and supplies in the U.S. Navy's Pacific Fleet, ensuring contractors meet all terms, perform well, and stay compliant with rules.
You'll act as a representative for the contracting officer, monitor progress, analyze proposals, and report on performance.

You will serve as a CONTRACTING OFFICER'S REPRESENTATIVE in the COMPLIANCE DIVISION (code 430) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
FOR GS-11: $77,964 - $101,359 FOR GS-09: $64,438 - $83,774 FOR GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying acquisition and procurement laws, regulations, and policies to oversee the execution of service or supply contracts (e.g., contractor proposals, contractor performance, cost/price analysis, financial and technical compliance, contractor schedule, closeout); and formulating contractor performance reporting data.
FOR GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying acquisition and procurement laws, regulations, and policies to monitor the execution of service or supply contracts (e.g., contractor proposals, contractor performance, financial and technical compliance, contractor schedule).
