You will serve as a Contract Specialist in the NAWCWD PROCUREMENT GROUP, PM RTOIL/R&D/NTWP/FACILITIES DEPT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all the following 1) Creating, editing, and formatting professional documents using Microsoft Word (or similar program); 2) Utilizing Microsoft Excel (or similar program) to organize, analyze, and interpret data including proficiency in working with formulae to support decision making and reporting; 3) Tracking to deadlines, and coordinating activities; 4) Interpreting policies, regulations, or guidelines.
