Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-10. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves managing complex government contracts for naval aircraft systems, from planning purchases to negotiating deals and overseeing them after they're signed.

You will serve as a CONTRACT SPECIALIST of PEO FOR TACT A/C.
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of NH-2 experience at or equivalent to the NH-2 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) performing procurement planning; 2) preparing procurement documentation such as determinations and findings and solicitation documents; 3) serving as lead negotiator; 4) performing detailed analyses of all elements of cost in contractor proposals.
