About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the 378th Expeditionary Force Support Squadron Contingency PSAB Saudi Arabia. Who May Apply: Open to everyone.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social).
You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Qualifying Experience: Progressively responsible experience in clerical or office work of any kind in which the applicant demonstrated the ability to perform satisfactorily at the grade level of the position.
Experience which demonstrates the applicant's ability to lead the work of others is desirable. Be able to demonstrate the ability to take lead role in a lodging environment.
Experience with Contingency Quarters Management Accountability Platform (CQMAP) desired but not required. Be able to read, speak, and write English.
Be able to satisfactorily complete a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) / Tier 1 investigation. Be able to satisfactorily complete a Preemployment Physical and Drug test.
You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Major Duties:
Responsible for leading the work of Lodging Guest Services Representatives assigned to the Lodging operation and the effective utilization of over 9,000 bed spaces.
The Lodging activity consists of multiple operations that are local with facilities consisting of multiple desks that are full-time or near full-time operations.
As a working leader, performs the following duties: Plans, schedules, and coordinates major activities for lodging guest service operations with other installation squadrons, key stakeholders and appropriate personnel.
Performs or directs periodic or scheduled surveys, audits, and inspections to determine adequacy of lodging guest service operations to include accountability of bed space assignments as well as adequacy and safety of lodging rooms and facilities.
Develops deliberate and crisis action plans to support installation and combatant command operational plans to receive and bed down incoming forces.
Develops performance work statements and validates contractor performance through quality assurance management for guest services. Coordinates with high-level officials at tenant organizations.
Distributes and balances workload among employees, to include a subordinate guest service and supplemental rotational military members assigned to lodging.
Observes work in progress, production, adherence to quality and safety standards. Instructs and trains new employees. Elevates unresolved employee complaints to supervisor.
Provides input on performance, progress, and disciplinary problems. Reports all repair and maintenance requirements according to established policy.
Reports all violations of safety to immediate supervisor. Updates CQMAP database on occupancy and checkouts and maintains back-up records in events of outages.
Ensures adequate stock supplies and equipment are available to do the work. Provides inputs to and/or develops monthly schedules.
Ensures personnel are available to in-process personnel at alternate locations as determined by the EFSS in coordination with PERSCO.
As time permits, performs non-lead duties as lodging guest services representative.
Receive guests, checks lodging and receipt slips; registers guests and assigns rooms; furnishes information to guests on available facilities and activities; places calls; coordinates changes with supervisor requiring implementation by lodging guest services representatives; collects and consolidates information for status reports, prepares reports, collects money and prepares or oversees the maintenance records.
