We are looking for an organized professional to assist with vital financial and administrative processes that directly impacts the efficiency of our Division.A proven ability to act as a primary resource for management and staff, determining the most effective methods to meet organizational and customer needs.
Experience in auditing files, invoices, and records to determine appropriate action and ensure regulatory compliance.
Be skilled in drafting professional correspondence, complex reports, and official documents from various source materials or transcriptions.
Proficient in processing, reconciling, and updating documents for accuracy, consistency, and logical relationships in accordance with policy.
The ability to navigate databases and extract specific data sets to generate requested analytical reports.
Demonstrated success in providing program-related assistance to the public and training users on agency-specific software and databases.
Experience in creating and maintaining sophisticated filing systems, ensuring organized sorting, labeling, and retrieval of materials.
Strong capability to interpret, explain, and apply complex agency policies, business practices, and procedures.
