This job involves leading group sessions and one-on-one meetings to help people in the justice system change their thinking and behavior to avoid crime, using structured programs and exercises.
It also includes managing attendance, records, and client intake in a community corrections setting.

Overview of job duties (not an exclusive or all-encompassing list)
Utilizes and delivers Core Correctional Practices, skill building exercises, and cognitive behavioral programming as appropriate to encourage desistence from criminal activity/thinking and to support case planning objectives.
Supports inclusion and diversity in all dealings with clients, employees and community members.
Hours worked: 40 hours per week; some late nights, weekends, and travel required as needed to fulfill work duties.
