You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Major Duties:
- Serving as the Supervisor of the DLA Troop Support Embroidery Team, overseeing personnel assigned to the Clothing and Textiles Flag Room.
- Overseeing and coordinating all workload items within the production phase and the accomplishment of work by subordinates.
- Conducting planning to ensure production schedules are met.
- Utilizing single needle sewing machines, snap fastener equipment, buttonhole machines, and a variety of other specialized machinery utilized in the fabrication of flags, guidons, or streamers.
- Determining the priorities, work assignments, methods, resources, materials, and supplies, schedules, and number/types of employees needed to meet production demands.
- Inspecting finished goods prior to shipment.
