This job is for a clerk at a veterinary clinic on a U.S. military base in Japan, where you'll handle customer payments, manage cash and inventory, and assist with front-office tasks.
It's ideal for someone with strong people skills, basic computer know-how, and a reliable approach to handling money and supplies in a busy clinic setting.
Note that medical care is limited in Japan, so it's best for those comfortable with overseas living.

*** This position is located at the Misawa AFB Veterinary Treatment Facility. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Resumes must be two pages (or less).

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Ability to communicate orally and deal effectively with people of diverse backgrounds.
Basic computer skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Suite or equivalent, ability to use point of sales software.
Basic arithmetic expertise to balance cash draw, accept payments and provide change accurately. Typing proficiency - 40WPM.
In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Ability to lift 40 lbs and long periods of standing, restraining, kneeling, reaching and sitting, etc.
