  • Backup receptionist duties, including answering phones

Requirements

This position involves typing letters, forms, legal orders, affidavits, contracts, schedules, invoices, reports and similar materials. Enter data into CAPS system. Send certified mail and will be backup for the receptionist, answering phones and sending/sorting mail.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment
  • Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
  • Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
  • Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  • Six months as a Clerk Typist 2, and educational development to the level of completion of high school; or
  • One year of progressively complex clerical typing experience and completion of high school; or
  • Six months of moderately complex clerical typing work and completion of a post high school business curriculum; or
  • Any equivalent experience and/or training which provided the required knowledges, skills, and abilities.


Other Requirements:

  • You must be able to perform essential job functions.

Legal Requirements:

  • This position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law.
    • Under the Law, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports including, but not limited to, PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance.
