Requirements
In this position, you will receive requests for Criminal History Record Information (CHRI) from individuals and non-criminal justice agencies including the Office of Administration, Civil Service Commission, and Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA), via mail or Pennsylvania Access To Criminal History (PATCH). Upon receipt of the request, you will compare identifiers from the requested individual with identifiers found in the CHRI State Identifier (SID) response and update the individual's criminal history, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Additionally, you will ensure that only appropriate data is released for individual and non-criminal justice agency responses.

- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:15 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary:
Selected candidates who are new to employment with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $40,685.00 (before taxes).

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as a Clerical Assistant 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- One year of moderately complex clerical experience; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:
- You must be willing to work onsite full-time. Teleworking is not an option as part of this position's work schedule.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Legal Requirements:
- You must pass a background investigation and meet Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) compliance requirements.
