This position will help support the people we serve by researching, processing, and providing customer support for accounts payable and accounts receivable in Driver and Vehicle Services.

In this Clerical Assistant 2 position, you will be responsible for researching accounts payable (A/P) claims for the Bureau of Motor Vehicles and Bureau of Driver Licensing. Work also involves researching and establishing invoices for accounts receivables (A/R).
Our team will rely on you to provide exceptional customer service at all times, via telephone or face-to-face with the customer. This includes providing professional and courteous responses to all questions from customers concerning the Bureau and making the appropriate referrals as necessary.
