As a Clerical Assistant 2, you will process completed SOAB investigations.
You will prepare the file, send to the assigned SOAB Member, and upload an electronic copy to the SOAB’s Integrated Sex Offender Assessment Tracking System (ISOATS) database.
In addition, you will review both hard copies and scanned prior investigations for completeness and accuracy to comply with the SOAB retention policy.
You will answer, make and direct phone calls received from courts, attorneys, offenders and the general public.
This may require you to respond to general inquiries or record and distribute an appropriate message. Additionally, you will receive, sort and process incoming mail.

In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
