Requirements
As a Clerical Assistant 2, you will provide clerical and office support to ensure the Dietary Department's operations are conducted efficiently and effectively. Duties of the position include transcribing and generating minutes for meetings, updating policies, and preparing weekly work schedules. You will also maintain record of leave requests, ensure absences are entered accurately, and enter overtime in the software application SAP. In addition, you will record food order deliveries and maintain personnel files.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week.
Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday thru Friday with a 30-minute lunch.
Hours may change based on operational needs.
Overtime as needed.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration);or
Graduation from high school; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training.

A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination.
